Abstract
The scientistes asks questions if it is possible to make a machine which can do anything better than humans.
Before Electrics devices development as computers based on alain turing machine the responses was theorical than practical.
It is clear that the algorithm and machine linear solution can not make satisfaction which allow us to think on parallelism solution physically by using neuron network and algorithm parallel as their intelligence source
Introduction
The scientists and automatics engineers asks some time if it is possible to make a machine can do anything better than humans ?
The responses of these questions was problematic in regarding the technology challenges and advanced knowledges in algorithms field. It is clear that the bad algorithm with high machine quality may make slow result.
Imagine the scientists or engineers builds a high quality computer but lead by bad algorithm which run exponentially with multiples boucles the users will see the machine as bad machine.
Imagine the scientists develop a high quality algorithm but running on machine with bad quality speed slowing so the result will be bad.
Imagine the engineers and scientists build high quality machine which build by more than two processors connected in networking and develop high quality algorithms parallelism which can run on this machine the users will see the good machine with high speed.
These machines and algorithms may be the base of future artificial intelligence which I will detail during disscussion and demonstration.

Discussion
Before starting let me show the machine turing concept which is the base of to day computer.
A Turing machine is a mathematical model of computation describing an abstract machine[1] that manipulates symbols on a strip of tape according to a table of rules.[2] Despite the model’s simplicity, it is capable of implementing any computer algorithm
The machine operates on an infinite[4] memory tape divided into discrete cells,[5] each of which can hold a single symbol drawn from a finite set of symbols called the alphabet of the machine.
It has a “head” that, at any point in the machine’s operation, is positioned over one of these cells, and a “state” selected from a finite set of states. At each step of its operation, the head reads the symbol in its cell.
In his 1948 essay, “Intelligent Machinery”, Turing wrote that his machine consists of:
…an unlimited memory capacity obtained in the form of an infinite tape marked out into squares, on each of which a symbol could be printed.
At any moment there is one symbol in the machine; it is called the scanned symbol. The machine can alter the scanned symbol, and its behavior is in part determined by that symbol, but the symbols on the tape elsewhere do not affect the behavior of the machine. However, the tape can be moved back and forth through the machine, this being one of the elementary operations of the machine. Any symbol on the tape may therefore eventually have an innings.[6]

The pratical application of turing machine model is today computer after a lot of improuvment by engineers and professional wz have today computer but when we saw the human brain by microscop we will see a lot of autonome life called neuron connecting each other what mean ?
We saw human without fingers no problem ,we saw human without eye no problem we saw human without foot no problem but we do not see human without head why ?
We can say that the head is the base of human conscience and human being after checking the human head under microscope we saw the complex of neuron network which move and connecting each other so that we call them neuron network.

In regarding that human brain height and length are than more ten(5) centimeter and a cell some micrometer I can say that the brain may contain more than 10000*10000*10000=1000billions neurons which move in biological liquid to eat and live and all time connecting each other and some time alone and connecting each other.
I can say that the activity of these neurones produce the conscience and human being and it is very complex but limited by bio-chemical components.
Each machine turing made by mecanical and electrical device may modelise each neuron so we will need billions autonome computer which can communicate each other with or not human ibterventation which can develop some thing called by humanity as conscience or mnew machine being.
In regarding the electrical high speed than bio-chemistry liquid slow I think that the artificial intelligence may produce a machine better than human composed by bio-chemistry component in all field but it is very challenge field.
Algorithm parallel and neuron networking
Imagine We connect million or billion processors whiche represente turing machine how execute a complexe software program than more million or billion lignes ?
If we run all these ligne at just one processor we will have linear execution or linear running which involv more slow particularly during image traitment and comparison
We need divide billion lignes or millions line at million or thousand small code whic may run quickly on one processor after we will assembly all party to one this method called parallelism to do that we need channel of communication between processor some time called sockets and ordonnancements.
I think The minuaturisation of all these allow us not only to make a machine as human but a machine powerful and more intelligent and more conscience than human
Parallelism :
Code1 ->processor 1 run in time T1
Code2 ->processor 2 run in time T2
……
Code n ->processor n run in time Tn
Non parallelism mean all code n running in T1+T2+…..Tn time
Parallelism mean all code n running in max Ti +assembly time with i->{1,2,….n}
The parallelism field shoud develop the method to make the algorithm parallelisable
A lot of great program are parallelisable but some small program not parallelisable
The parallelism is used to running the great code as millions of ligne in minimum time by example during image traitment for image recognizing in quickly time.
Human and animal may know images quickly than computer today.
Image is millions pixels when we compare to image without good algorithm we will need to compare pixel by pixel which is more thann thousand billion operation with more time may be minute to recongnized two images if are same but with parallelism we can do it in milliseconds as human brain.
Conclusion
The Parallelism algorithm and neuronal networking as the next future of Artificial intelligence possible but need more research in first time by taking brain neurn cells connection as example.
Nanocomputer or nano processor or microprocessor if too small may help to make artificial intelligence brain in less 5cm*5cm*5cm size.
These brains(electrical and mecanical brains) may be the base of high intelligence center than human intelligence in all fields.
The problem and Question is Artificial intelligence is the future thing which will be created by human manipulated by unkown spirit or thing(radio frequence) to end the human civilisation for mechanical and electrical intelligence civilisation ?
It is clear that some lifes civilisation are ended with more transformation in bio-chemistry components.
Artificial intelligence is the end of bio-chemistry life for mechanical electrical life ?
Human need to resist and make more laws and regulation to avoid or make slow the progression of civilisation from bio-chemistry to mecanical-electrical life
